1. The service
SEO Map is a software service that helps users turn business and market context into SEO Topic Maps, page plans, internal-link recommendations and execution roadmaps. These Terms govern your use of the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features require an active Starter or Pro subscription. Prices, billing intervals and included usage are shown before checkout. Payments and subscription management are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or customer portal states otherwise.
4. Usage limits
Plans may limit active projects, Topic Map generations and cluster expansions. We may enforce reasonable technical and abuse-prevention limits needed to protect service availability. Current commercial limits are displayed in the product and may change prospectively.
5. AI-assisted output
SEO Map uses automated and AI-assisted systems to generate recommendations. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or assumptions and should be reviewed before implementation. SEO Map does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or any other SEO or business outcome.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in the business information and other content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the information you provide.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SEO Map to violate law or third-party rights, interfere with or probe the service, bypass usage or billing controls, distribute malicious code, automate abusive account creation, or attempt unauthorised access to other users’ data or service infrastructure.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep SEO Map available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may modify features, models, providers or technical limits as the product evolves. Material changes affecting paid users will be handled reasonably and consistently with applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, non-payment or serious violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. SEO and business decisions remain your responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Consumer rights
If mandatory consumer-protection law applies to you, those statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
